1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Trafius services, you fully agree to these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part, do not use the service.

2. Service Description

Trafius is a platform that offers an artificial intelligence agent accessible via WhatsApp, allowing digital marketing professionals to query metrics and data from their Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram) campaigns through natural language conversations.

The service includes, depending on the plan:

  • Campaign metrics queries (spend, CPC, CPM, CTR, conversions, CPA, ROAS)
  • Analysis by campaign, ad set, or individual ad
  • Period comparisons
  • Campaign ranking by performance
  • Configurable automatic alerts
  • Consolidated email reports

3. Account Registration

To use Trafius you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Provide truthful and complete registration information
  • Keep your credentials confidential
  • Be the owner or have authorization to access the Meta accounts you connect

4. Meta Ads Integration

  • You authorize Trafius to access your Meta Ads campaign data on your behalf
  • Authorization is done via OAuth from the web panel — never via WhatsApp
  • You can revoke access at any time
  • Trafius is not affiliated with, sponsored, or endorsed by Meta Platforms, Inc.

5. Plans and Payment

5.1 Billing and Renewal

  • Subscription is billed monthly on a recurring basis
  • Payment is processed through a third-party gateway
  • Renewal is automatic unless cancelled in advance

5.2 Cancellation

  • You can cancel anytime from the web panel
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period — no proportional refund
  • After cancellation, access is retained until the end of the current cycle

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for illegal or unauthorized purposes
  • Try to access other users' data without authorization
  • Reverse-engineer or attempt to extract source code
  • Intentionally overload the infrastructure
  • Share your credentials with third parties
  • Use automation (bots, scripts) without prior authorization

7. Service Availability

We aim to keep the service available 24/7 with a 99.5% uptime target. However:

  • Scheduled maintenance interruptions may occur
  • The service depends on third-party APIs (Meta, WhatsApp)
  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service

8. Intellectual Property

All content, code, design, trademarks, and other elements of Trafius are the exclusive property of Lucas Gonsalves da Silva or his licensors. Your ad data remains your property.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • Trafius is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
  • We are not liable for business decisions made based on the service's data
  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Our total liability is limited to the amount paid in the last 3 months

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if:

  • You violate these Terms
  • Subscription payment fails
  • We identify abusive or fraudulent use

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated with reasonable advance notice.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil, where the service owner is based.
